kmistrzowski, there are penty of all these things, you just have to loot them as opposed to buy them at the shop. And unfortunately this game is no longer being developed.
... I was running through Montero gardens and as I added an upgrade stone to my stack, it removed my stack of approximately 90 upgrade stones and replaced them with a steel sword... ... ... ugh...
Thanks Stain once again. Well, I've been able to get both elite items out of Verde Ruins by clearing the first 2 waves on elite and tapping out at Sigismund, as well as most all the rare items (except Blazing Sword which is really the one I wanted most haha). Though I haven't had nearly as much success on Ice Cave, though i haven't ran it nearly as many times.
How do you maximize the chance for drops, specifically rare ones? Do you need to kill the boss/final stage of the level? Or do you simply need to play on Elite for a real shot at rare drops? I've noticed trends like these on my own but I don't know for sure what actually impacts drop quantity/quality. Anyone know anything specific or concrete? Stain, I'm lookin' at you haha.
188z The marketplace is the place for you. You can buy and sell with other players. The downside is that in my experience, clicking on the market manager to open the market yields a crash at about a 95% ratio. Though you CAN use the market.
Okay I finished it, and it was pretty great, but still not quite as good as WILT. I love pixel games and most of the best games on kong are pixel in my opinion. (WILT, Zos, Seedling, Endeavor) all great games, but for some reason the ending in this game seemed kind of abrupt and for some reason seemed to lack closure even though you killed the destroyer of worlds. But the gameplay and story were still good, nonetheless. 4.5/5.
Well lets see. I've only finished 2 planets, excluding the one you start the game on. My take on it so far matches the consensus that the potion idea was a good idea but flawed in execution. Its tedious, and also, the resources seem finite, yet certain finite use potions are required for certain parts? This is obviously not right. Also the story doesnt seem as strong as WILT yet, though I can kind of see WILT's themes again but from the opposite point of view here, I guess. Anyway, I loved WILT, so far I'm only feeling 4/5 though on this game. Obviously 4/5 is good though, haha.
