Good game: I would suggest not locking the levels at 100% as i would prefer to be able to replay earlier levels to regain health. Also, in boss 4 I was able to dodge under the floor on the right... I couldn't get back up on the board, but I couldn't be hit either.
Pushy family, I think the mom here should stop being so accommodating and make them eat what she's making in the first place.
Oh, and the game is terribly confusing without guidance.
Need hint that you can upgrade at end of level (I almost gave up before the level ending, unsure it ever *would*). Which leads to the second problem: levels are too long. More diverse upgrades and opponents would help.
Some of the circles need to come from above, otherwise the towers of useless parts can't be cleared. (I would say that you could plan to avoid such towers, but so many connections happen by "magic" as you play... I couldn't do any such planning).
Two clever workarounds for the problem of a basic "gather dots" game. Making the player larger ensures you can't just idle until it is an easy grab, and the power up allows the board to be cleared of opponents to allow for longer survival.
Add levels and perhaps some other variety and this would be a winner.
