Guys, read the tips. You can build more of the same type, but the trick is, getting a lvl2 and lvl1 on the same lane. They'll enter both of them, but if they're both lvl1, they'll enter one and skip the other. Best is, if you ask me, Pet Shop to start with, and upgrading it asap and placing another one next to it. Before update, I was able to beat any level I played. And on many levels, pet shop, toy store, butique (fast "purchase-time" ones) will drain most of the money on the customers, so place the other ones such as jewelry in places that'll drain the last dime OR won't get those fast "purchase-time" ones crowded. And never use any kind of commercial/newspaper/ice cream in front of those ones, they're better for long-waiting ones.
LvL2: Get Pet shop on the corner, to the exit, behind pet shop, a butique. Sell your pet shop to upgrade your butique. Then gain money to build a pet shop at the same place. Upgrade butique, then pet shop, then butique (should be finished by now, if not, upgrade pet shop again, max them out). You should be getting 3 bonuses (3k cash) - you get 1k bonus if you rip all of your customers' moneh.
Finally this game is here. This is one of the good games that I've played for some time. Not much action or etc, not long, but has its own properties...
