burnsy, read: Unfortunately Firefox add-on AddBlock Plus causes the game to freeze, I wish I knew why. You can shut ABP off to play. Sorry, this is something beyond my control!
About Motor Pool: Numbers: Top one is 1, top one at left side is 2, and bottom one at left side is 3. You have to click 1, then wait 1 sec, click 2, then wait a little and click 3 before block reforms. Then the cyan node below 1 will be refreshed, so you wait for 2 to charge and click 2. Way should be clear then, so you click 1 and get your hidden port. Timings could differ but it is not about rushing, it is about waiting, I hope you can master it, if you can't, DDOS it to skip. But I suggest you should master it because there are 1-2 puzzles on challenge mode that is about timing aswell :) HF
In short:
Just board- don't shoot at level 1 & 2, after those, till level 9 / 10 (where it gets harder) shoot a few cannonballs to get maximum bonus (100% accuracy!) Max out your crew first, then go for speed. Damage & Reload & Cannons and lastly Turn speed. Do not upgrade your hull, as your ship gets bigger and your cannons spread out more. You'll be tiny fast ship with a goddamn accuracy! And on hard levels, never board. Run away from their cannonballs, try to get them hitting their allies, and if you're desperate, then go for boarding but run away quickly. Hope this helps!
Correction: If you're at level X, you'll get X*1000 bonus for 100% accuracy. So, best is, boarding for first 2 levels, then shooting a few cannonballs for the rest, till it gets hard and where boarding will be a suicide
