Very very ambitious. And it mostly plays okay, with the base gameplay being really rather fun. There are bugs here and there but none too crippling. The tournament tree doesn't seem to be correct all the time since you face different teams then you supposedly should. I once scored about 20 goals at the same time. But overall it's not bad. The part that, not surprisingly, needs most work is the AI. Especially the goalkeepers need to get better to keep difficulty and interest up. Even with the problems it's certainly very impressive.
It works, so chalk that up on the plus account. You've successfully made a rock, Paper, Scissors game. Not a bad start. Of course there's lots of embellishments that could be added to actually make playing the game more enjoyable. Some animations to show what actually happens when Land defeats Air or whatever to flesh the visuals out instead of just jumping to the screen telling if you won or loss. Perhaps keeping track of wins and losses. Multiplayer would of course add a lot.
It's a good concept which has come a fair bit towards being really good. But it is very fast, with a really steep learning curve especially without a "Practice" function to get the hang of things. With such a function and perhaps at least two difficulty settings it'd be a bit less daunting to take on. An "Exhibition" feature where you pick yours and the opponent squad for a single feature would be nice as well.
This is a great start to what has every potential to be a great game. All the basics are in place. Content and a few game enhancers is all it needs. A pause function, more levels. Perhaps some score keeping and badges.
This is really cool. It plays well too. Curling however is a complicated sport and the game could do perhaps with a tutorial of some sort. And as have been mentioned the AI needs extensive work before defeating the computer becomes an actual challenge. But it really is a good start.
Fun game with minimum fuss and glamour. The helper works well. The major thing to improve would be the menu interface that could be a bit easier to navigate.
