A good idea, but a terrible balance. When the cheapest upgrade costs 600k+, and most of the plays give you something between 1k and 10k, it's really boring.
Good idea, but bad balance. Somewhere between 2nd and 3rd prestige, the game stops being idle. You need to click "train" and "study" buttons all the time.
And one suggestion. Think about making "auto upgrade" dependent on the available "resources" amount somehow. Now it needs too many clicks on the very end of the final colony.
Do you plan to add a single player campaign with lots of levels, enemies, weapons, and upgrades? I'm not really into MP (I have more than enough real people in my RL). But the game will have a huge single player potential if you add more content.
I LOVED the first version for its relaxed playstyle. And that's why I really HATE the survival mode. Hope you'll add some longer mode for the original playstyle.
Yeah, sorry for ruining that. We implement survival mode for those who wanted more challenge in the original mode. Now we return to continue working on the "slow pacing" campaign mode.
Wow! Thank you for the update and for responding to my first comment. Early game is much easier and more interesting now. Updated rating from 1/5 to 4/5. Added to my playlist.
Thanks again for the rating! Another update has been released. Added automatic saving of progress (upgrades and experience). Saved when buying an upgrade, after the death or after defeating the 3rd boss.
The game beginning is way too hard. Player's tank is sooo slooow. Enemies start firing before you can see them. And so on. I've died around a dozen times before getting the very first upgrade. Boooooring.
Thank you for your comment! A new update has been released. The speed of the tank at the beginning of the game is increased, the enemies do not shoot outside the screen, the first upgrade has become more accessible and changes have been made to the balance. I hope the game has become a little more interesting.
Survival rate depends more on in-game powerups, not on upgrades and level-ups. So you usually need to restart-restart-restart for good first powerups set to be good enough even if you've upgraded a lot. That's why it's 2/5. Without this problem, it would be 4-5/5, so I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to avoid it.
Please change attr auto-upgrade to buy topmost of the _cheapest_ attrs available - not the topmost of all available. It will make auto-upgraded char more balanced.
Thank you for playing! I am currently thinking of a second instalment with more depth, including multiple ways to hack networks, hiring other people with various stats to hack for you, and investing currency to gain more in the long term.
Hi Golyana, yes we are working on more missions with more monsters, stuff, story, environments etc. Have fun.
