Grr, my money keeps disappearing, but I'm pretty sure it's from me accidentally clicking the window to regain focus, but hitting a bonus button. Every time it happens, I'm a few hundred away from 4k gold though T_T
woot, first star!
I'd say the less going on, the better. If we have this running in the background, we'd want it to take up a little cpu power as possible
Neat game, seemed to have a lot of strange limitations though. Unit cap was kinda sad, and the fact that all the upgrades in-level would be grayed out even when it states that [960 mana] was needed...I had 9999/9999. Unit cap, no upgrading = sitting and watching = tedious. Like jarjar said, after you've stayed alive for 2 mins, you're good for the level.
Something's not right. Every time I restart the game after dying, it gets a little bit slower. It's like every game continues to run in the background. Some poor programming going on here....
Great game, finally got the impossible badge! Very enjoyable. I found the part with the wide pyramids hardest. But after you beat that, you get a spare minefield with lots of points!
Wow, I haven't played something I disliked so much in a while. Half of my problem is the horrible lag, which I could probably fix with a restart, but you should not have to spend 10 minutes fighting a boss because the tiny bit of ammo you get runs out when you take down 20% of the boss's health. You should not have to sit there firing into polar bears for 3 minutes after the level has ended. You should not lose your money when you continue: a much better design would be to roll back to before you spent your money for that level, to try different methods. With some tweaking, it could be good, but it's paaainful.
I found the disk launcher to be the most valuable, especially since it can hit the same enemy twice sometimes. That with the damage buff, lots of upgrades, the shielding defense tower to protect it, with some mines and the lightning gun thing worked well. Fighting the last boss had me down to just the gun though, but beat it!
