Alazar say you went in to because you were sick (completely unrelated to the virus) but they found something unusual, they may think its nothing but once they find this harmless thing in the water supplies & in half the population of your country & all of the bordering ones they might think "Hey even if this doesn't do anything maybe we should stop it just in case" so they close the hand out water bottles etc. That realistic
