Finally. After repeating the last three a few hundred times, I have achieved perfection. This game was somewhat easy, unless it's a level requiring jetpacks.
Uhh, I just decided to restart the game and after I made my character and was heading to the canvasser hq, the game froze with my guy's pants constantly changing every second.
I almost quit on level 23 and decided on one last try one level 24 when I finally won! Great game but it is true that those two levels are probably the hardest ones.
Work on it a bit more. Smooth out the edges of the map. Change the edge of the map so that something blocks you from walking. I have a few more ideas, but you should do that first. Oh and speed up the walking, it's very slow at the moment. Otherwise 2/5 for a game in development.
I find the walking speed a little on the fast side, but I'll look at it :)
The map edges I definitely know about, and it's easy enough to fix. Just didn't think about fixing it yet, wanted to fix other things that I had missed. In truth I had also forgotten to do that, its back on my to-do-list. Thanks for the advice!
I've got to say, this game has potential. But there are a few things that would be helpful and make this game better(in my opinion).
For example a mute button would be very nice. Also if we could know what leveling up does, because I see that I've leveled up, but I don't know what that entails. Do it mean that I'm faster, stronger, or what? I like that you added a shop, but I don't like that there is only one mission so far. The last thing I am going to talk about is when you die. I think that if you have enough money or points, that you should be able to come back, not as a level one driller with nothing, but as what you were when you died.
But I believe it's a pretty good base for a game, you just need to tweak it a bit.
Mute button is a to-do, easy stuff.
I don't think I will do stuff like respawing, but save-load system is a to-do, probably in beta, because with every new version, old saves will corrupt :(
Hmm, this game has the potential to be great, but you need more options. Why can we only build 4 levels of games? Shouldn't we be able to eventually make an "x" amount of people per team, like `13 people? You need more decor, like why not have windows and be able to plant plants outside of your building range to boost up environment? And also more area's to build at. But this is just my opinion, +1 if you agree.
Hmm, so after 90 minutes, gaining around 6 people plus You! and getting You! and two people to have max power and max range power with Machine Guns, the game freezes, doesn't allow me to open the store, to get coins or even get the achievement for killing the box. Strange. Bump this up so that people can see this!!!
