Hmm, this tries to be cynical, this tries to be fun, but its just waste of time. The joke wears off after a few clicks, the monologue seems like a chat log taken from some kiddie chat. Its not 10% as fun as you thought it was, dude.
Kevin, read the news on edgebee.com, and you'll see that this is not the first time they have this kind of problems.
It is badly coded: If they just added an "ok" button to the waiting-for-crappy-server button, that is greyed out until the data has been sent, you would not have to wait before that stupid window to click on something to avoid losing a day worth of customers. With a confirmation button, you could browse, read, lay another small game while waiting.
Too much and too specialized weapons - less would be more. Or make it so that you have to select just 3 weapons that you can take into the level. Would add a bit strategical challenge, and make it easier to switch/overwiev/remeber the weapons that you have at disposal.
And that "risk level" limit is just bull. At least adjust it so that its maximum increases as you advance levels, so that you can add more defenses in later levels.
These comments will soon be underrated, because the big bulk of you are freeloaders, and do not like to hear the truth. So you will just go on whining, "bla bla bla bla, we wants to play for free, edgebee give us game for free, we parasites dont want to pay bohooo we wants everythings for free bohooo bla bla bla bla
And @ Error 404 and all the other whining kiddies: You want adverts because you could ignore adverts, but you cannot ignore token payments. You just do not want to pay, thats all. The Token system is not bad or unfair, you parasites just want to play the full game for free. All the stupid discussions are bogus, because all you want is not pay. Amen.
And if you spy on someone, you get a certain bonus for some time (the green upward arrow that appears on the upper left). Not shure what this bonus does, but maybe it is worth the Thugs salary? xD
But do N O T level him up - I have a level 1 Thug and he succeeds at 2 of 3 spionage trips, more than enough to keep that bonus constant.
rofl: yesterday i got NO achievement. Today by clicking on the Gobelelet to see my medals, i got the 10-medals-badge, and the 10-medals tick showed @ the second achievent. I did a dungeon, and now i got the wings-used badge, the 10-medals badge is gone, the 10-medals tick on the 2nd achievement vanished, and i got the 120 damage tick there instead xD
@ Turtle & the others whining about the turn-buffer system: This system is meant for ppl that also have a real life, and cannot/don't want to compete with non stop grinding 25/7 nolifer kiddies. If you just want/have time to play half an hour a day, then this is for you - if you want more, i'd suggest some real-time MMPORG.
The possibility of funding a game by ads depends on his popularity. I suppose there are just not enough players = views per day to create enough revenue trough ads.
@ All of you whining about games not being 100% FREE:
Why do you like these games? Because they are well made.
Why are they well made? Because developers invested MUCH time.
Do game developers not need to eat? Do they like to work fro free? Do YOU like to work for free? - NOPE
The games that are 100% free are nonetheless fun, but mostly simple, small, cheap, made in little time. That is what you get for free.
You players that start the game @ Kongregate should absolutely get a carpenter: All artisans have special recipes that you can buy with tokens, but most of them need special materials that you'd have to buy with tokens afterwards, or veeery seldom can buy from adventurers. But the carpenter has 3 recipes that only need standard materials to craft.
The recipes cost 25 Tokens each, and the earnings for the items afterwards are very nice.
5/5, but u must have implemented the achievement interface with your ass. Used escape wingy a dozen times, got 18 medals, did over 200 dmg, but not the trace of an achievent earned, even by clicking wildly arount the menues, saving/reloading etc....
Still a nice game
