I wish this was voiced and fully animated. It's incredibly rich and detailed. Would totally love to see this made into a miniseries. Rather that than a movie, as a movie would cut far too much for my taste.
Wait... "All that you touch, you change" That was said at the end of the first game... in the first game, are WE the shadowy figure we see at the end of this one? And therefore the girl who died in the one with the detective? so many theories!
GAHD DEMN, ELL THEZ POPUPS ARR GUNNA GEV MII SEIZEYOURS. No, but seriously, the popups are REALLY annoying. Nothing's wrong with a little self-promotion, but this is way more than a little.
... the sandbox got to a point where it required more than my maximum population to protect myself... I had nearly 100k people and a total strength of around 10M... I think this game gets a little broken after you win.
I tried your older mouse controlled bullet tutorial... and then I realized it was for an old version of Stencyl and I felt dumb. It kinda works, but the bullets shoot in waves of fps/fire_rate for some reason. Also, the bullets wont shoot left or down, they all end up going up and slightly to the right.
Check to make sure you set your angle coding to be in DEGREES and not RADIANS (default for atan2 code is radians, so you will need to convert to degrees).
Whoops, I hit enter to go to the next line and instead made an incomplete comment. As to my previous comment, the refreshing of the page never worked, so I was stuck having to abort the bossfight midway through.
I was pretty bummed by the ending. Not only was there nothing left to do, but it didn't even let me keep the money I just earned. :( Good game though. I ended up refreshing the page to be able to start from the first wave again a few times so I could see what it would be like if I maxed everyone out.
Wow, that clutch near-ceiling jumping at the end there was really, ragingly difficult, BUT I DID IT!!! That was pretty fun, I just wish there was more after that big door instead of just "The End"
