VERY nicely done! The graphics and sounds are great, and the gameplay is so fun and addictive. Overall, a very good game; I've never had this much fun playing War. ;)
This game had so many funny, awesome moments. Like leveling up and gaining everything but speed, the speed powerup exploding, Doctor Octogonapus (pure win), and of course the dramatic ending. One of the most funny, entertaining games I've played in a while. Although the gameplay is a bit lacking. ;)
The fourth boss is pretty difficult, but the way I did it was by turning my tank into a tower (wait, you can DO THAT?), and putting it in the same place as my catapult. Also an elf archer, 5 normal archers, and a repairman. Now, the boss is in for quite a beating when he gets close to your wall, you should be able to defeat him before your wall wears down.
On my journey of getting all badges, this was the one I thought I would never get. But I finally got it, with a ton of cards remaining, even!
The game is NOT all about luck, as a lot of people are saying. On the first ten levels, if you are skillful you can get quadruple harmonies on almost every ring. This let me FILL UP my entire inventory of items, including a bomb, 7 jokers, and countless tiles. The rest of the levels are more about making good decisions, using your items wisely, and getting more items if you have the chance. For example, if you have the choice, use a color-changing card instead of a joker, EVEN IF you need to use some extra tile items to find an appropriate tile. However, don't use too many extra tile items, because you will definitely need them. It takes some practice to get the hang of it.
Guys, the only REALLY hard challenge turned out to be 7. The last one was super easy; just get a sniper, go to the far right of the map and pick them off. When you get low on health, jump off the edge; you won't lose any points and you'll get your health back. I did this and the final score was 12-2.
FINALLY I did challenge 7. I had 22 kills, 13 deaths, my so-called "partner" had 8 kills, 14 deaths. The sniper rifle was the key; just stay in the middle of the map and you can shoot enemies while they are far away from you, standing still.
The game is pretty small and linear, but overall it's a very well done Zelda II-style game. It would have been better larger, of course, but what it did do it did well; the graphics were perfect.
The hard badge is really easy, if you know what you're doing. Once you get past level 3, the rest of the game just gets easier and easier. First, spend your money ONLY on your main gun. Look at how much upgrades will improve things, and calculate the most cost efficient upgrade. It's best not to upgrade speed AT ALL until past level 3, because it doesn't increase your DPS. This should keep you from taking much damage, until level 3. After level 3 starts, start upgrading your repair drones, using the same technique of doing the most cost-efficient upgrades. When the three ships come, take out the two smaller ones first, and if you chose your upgrades wisely you should end the fight with at least half your health left.
This is a pretty amazing game. The graphics are great for the setting, the soundtrack is awesome, and it's such a fun and unique type of gameplay: each room offers a unique challenge. Even for a demo, I was very impressed.
I got to level 10 once with only 100,000 points. I was like "forget this, this is impossible!". But NOW, after making it through level 11 perfectly, I had 1,000,000 by level 12. If only I knew there were all-energy levels...
This was a pretty fun (but extremely easy) game. I like the concept, and the bouncing and flinging mechanics were implemented really well, with decent graphics.
Also, stop rating this game badly because you suck, people... Just have a little patience and you'll never get hit.
Very interesting and fun game. My main complaint is that the difficulty of some levels (like 70) is way higher than other levels, such as 71-74, which basically consist of flying around gathering powerups while everything around you is exploding.
