Use more exp bonuses or finish faster....I'm 91st in total exp but more than 150 from 100th place in levels completed....and I wasted a lot of time using gold bonuses.
...every 5 or 6 months I came back to this game...finally beat it....and I still hate elephants and I don't accept your apology for making a "weird" game
(Or go up a few folder levels to the #SharedObjects folder if you want to save backups of all games that aren't hosted on external servers...which is pretty much everything on kong except for MMO type games)
Seriously people, if you can't help yourself from clearing cache out...do a search on your computer for "pixeloOptionSave.sol", which seems to be in a folder called "PixeloForWebKG.swf" ...copy (Don't move the file) somewhere else, and if you lose your data, start a new game to create a new save, search for the "pixeloOptionSave.sol" again and replace it with your old save file.
Dev said this in 2012: "In our last development iteration we added the "cloud border" to the tutorial levels in order to keep the focus on the game field. But by doing so we actually forgot about the mute button, which is covered by this border as well. :) We'll fix that one in the next update."
