Nice idea, but it gets boring with the time. The thing is - its proably to much (too many sectors and too many missions). The turn based mode does not convince me. The mission are always something like - destroy all enemies. You also don´t have the option to research, the only way to change your existing options is to buy devices/ships or to get levelups.
First of all: its a great game, the idea was there before (to make an antitowerdefencegame), nevertheless you found a unique way of making an entertaining game, with a great game play. You should consider adding new features such as the city spawns defenders that attack your approching wave. You could also add black knights, that defend your wave against those attackers. A haste spell or a speed skill, would be nice, too. Well, one last feedback: The combination of golem and a healer gets to strong in the late game. Elements and Clearmages get senseless at the lategame, as your regeneration skill can be upgraded and a simple stun spell can take out any blog tower (which is proably the most annoying tower and the only reason for an clearmage).
Well, its kind of disappointing. The drawbacks are: There is no boss in this chapter. The enemies stay the same - high shielded guards and ranged fighters - thats it. There are no secrets and it gets really easy when you found out how to skill your chars - which should be possible after playing even one chapter. But as it is a nice idea and easy to play.
I lost my progress, too. But I´d say its worth playing it till the end.
Well however - you should work on graphics - there are shooters with far better graphics out there. You might have different levels and world - but the enemies stay the same. Your story is good, but you can improve it. Actually its living from the different characters and their relationship. At the end, all reveal mysterious secrets - which is a little bit weird.
Funny, if you like this crazy sense of humor - as i do ^^. However it gets boring with the time. You can´t upgrade, there is no story (poor russnapped giraffe!) and there is no point in getting the achivements. Maybe you should think about benefits for achivement or an upgrade system. Maybe some enemies that need to be destroyed, different landscapes/levels ...
Well, the spells and abilities are less effective than they used to be in Part I. A Shield for example should be activated by just hitting the number and not hitting the number and than click to activate. Thats nonsense. The gras graphic should be improved, however the graphic hasn´t changed much since the first part! The end is disappoiting - you would at least expect a picture or a story based on your choosen side. Opening the Menu should pause the game.
Thats all i can say 4/5, but just because i liked the first part.
Well, the drawings are nice and almost any square has a unique description. However the gameplay should be improved. You can´t use items during a battle. So you can´t really influence a fight, except for using skills (and skilling your char).
The help should be extended: Stats like Dexterity is said just to raise the speed of character, which isn´t true - it does more than that. It should be more balanced. What influences your chance to hit? Attack i suppose, but its not written.
I don´t know if it is a bug: sometimes you can buy a clove or a pant that raises your def. by 2. The next level of the clove, pant raises your def just by 1 and costs less than the object before. (it appears around 80 gs)
So far - nice one.
After finishing it, i must say: its pretty long for a free game (especially if you want to discover everything) and it overs several endings, which makes it a great game you can play over and over again. It has offers a great plot, different areas and a lot of secrets. Probably its like "Commander Keen meets Leisure Suite Larry". Well done 5/5.
The dog is proably the first choice when you start the game. It can see items and humans nearby which is a very helpful ability. Later you should combine the looter and the burglar to earn money, by killing monsters on older maps, while using characters like penguin man for new mas. The grenade launcher, shootguns and uzi can hit mulitple monsters, which can be useful when you encounter groups.
It was nice to play so 5/5. About the premium thing - thats ok, you don´t HAVE to use it and the game is 95% free after all - thats great. But somehow even game developers have to earn money.
