KiiluhElaiine, I know what you mean. The whole kongregate site just decided to stop recording achievments one day. I haven't been able to get any achievments in weeks. Someone should do something.
then report a missing achievement. take a picture at the end of the game as proof that you beat it, then send it to Kongregate. there's a link in the achievements section. It should have instructions on how to do a screenshot and who to email it to. this has been happening a lot to me recently, I think that there's just a bug in the system. maybe the guys will fix it soon! hope this works out for you, darklordsrulzzz
