I would like to point out that the developer isn't making "smart remarks". It is his game, and his time spent on it, he is only trying to defend what he has done. Okay, admittedly you may have some problems with the game, but he will hopefully take it on board for next time. For now, he responds to the comments with sensible remarks, and I personally do not see what is wrong with this.
