Nice game! And I like the developer feedbacks!
Note: First battle in campaign, King of Forest displays icon for Mad Hermit, but does not cast Magic Rabbit. Also, my Master would supposedly be much stronger than that... maybe first should have other students as opponents..
Aargh, just checked Ducklife 1 and 2... This game has totally the same graphics and gameplay as the first one, with ugly wereduck evolution added, and a lot of features removed. How can someone make 3 games from one and be popular with it????
OMG a Were-Duck! It's quite frightening.
Strange though that he has two legs and still runs by jumping..
And he can swim on surface of water, but will sink in an underground lake..
Anyway, what's the point of the game? It wouldn't really be less fun to play if the training was also automated...
What is there to do besides pressing the forward key? There is no point of braking or reversing. The left-right arrows only seem to work while in air, and even then they have no use. If i end up falling upside down, it will reset me and go on. Just pressing the up arrow and winning the level is not fun. It's waaay far from A-Cross.
And if I have to set the survivor quota of a depot higher to make them work, that's very annyoning as well (as you also have to set the workshop etc quota up so it's doing it twice)
Supply has other problems as well:
- I have a depot (with survivor quota of 3) that has currently 10 survivors. I build 5 workshops in its range. Do at least 5 survivors go out working them? No. 1-2 survivors go to work, the others stay in the depot, and after some time, they went to another depot (also with low quota), to continue doing nothing. Bah.
It's also very problematic to move supplies towards the front lines from the back. Even though I set the back depots' quotas to zero, stuff won't necessarily advance to depots needing them.
The status bar says I have 130 wood. But in all of my depots, I only have a sum of 60 wood. Where is the rest kept? And why is some of my depots having a shortage of woods?
I think it's caused by the large amount of wood I started the map with, it doesn't get put into any warehouse and is thus kind of lost. Annoying.
Strength: your weapon holds more ammo
Dexterity: you can carry more ammo, and you have more mana
Muhahaha that's so much bullshit.
(Though anyway there's hardly any game nowadays that's called an RPG and which has any role playing. These games should rather be called action games. They can still be good without the name rpg.)
Yes, you can jump higher in the fan (particles going upward) if you hold the jump key.
I was stuck at camera 12 for a long while until I found this info...
Clear and precise INSTRUCTIONS would be welcome. For the multitasking test, I had no idea what the do the summing up means, four numbers in a 2x2 matrix didn't seem like a list that I have to choose from... It'd be much better to have them in a 1x4 list and a little text that explains to choose the solution for the equation in the bottom (also usually the question is on the top and the solution on the bottom, not reverse).
You are all sick.
But at least, after reading the comments, it is easier to believe all that torture that's happening in prisons (Iraq, Guantamano anyone?). You guys should experience some torture once to get a feeling.
