Good game, but I was really annoyed by the Zero Writes not working immediately. You press space, and for a split second think "Now I can calm down, I'm about to get a truckload of bits and a clear screen" but JUST before the Zero Write arrives, you're killed by a stray bullet. NOT FAIR. Also, you have a lovely range of upgrades there, but you're lacking the one I want most: A SHIELD. By Level 14 or so, I was just irritated at how fragile my lousy ship was. It couldn't take ONE SINGLE HIT. And at that point there's a lot of hits coming your way. GAH!
One thing I did find amusing was the hilarious little shortcut to YFYIAR, and the fact that despite those chaser dots and gun-circles, the thing that killed me most was the humble, plain circle. Damn crazy irregular path...
You have no idea how much more irritating that circle becomes when the game makes your computer lag to the point where you only know what notes there are in a song when they've gone past and made one of the dots flash red.
Did no one else notice that the ghost is a child? Look at his little room. It has two children's drawings on the wall and a child's shoes, hat and gloves on the hat stand.
Oh, Sushi Cat. How long before he gets jealous of planet Earth, because it's stealing all the pretty pink toy cats, and decides to eat until he becomes the size of another planet so that all the pink toy cats can live on him instead?
After all the hard work I went through to get that kitty last time, I now have to throw her around the screen at my enemies... Amazing game, but the ending really annoyed me. Being forced to guide yourself through an electric maze... Grrr. I wish there had been another save point on every safe block in that maze, to be honest, because it's the most crushing feeling to be millimetres from victory, only to suddenyl get zapped by that annoying electricity which seems to kill you even when you're not touching it. That was the only fault, 4/5.
Level 24 not as hard as I'd been led to believe - probably because, somehow, two of those wooden balls rolled down. One of them jammed the gizmo in a fixed position, and the other one rolled over the top and thwacked the King on his big square head.
Ha, Level 12 - I put all the small ones on one tower, then put the massive one on the other side. It fell off about a millisecond after the time ran out, so the badge is mine !
I got to around 600, saw the fireworks, then decided it would be best for both my physical AND mental health to stop. How, exactly, do you submit a score? The best score is 0 - is it the number of epileptic seizures you have by the time you hit 1,000,000 ?
I feel it may be becoming a recurring theme, but I think that Kreds really are ruining this site...
That aside, it's a good game, though I wish I could save in Freeplay Mode when I get past Level 60 and so on, fully upgrading Super Monkey etc.
Haha, who's laughing now, Evil Rabbit? I was in the boss fight, down to my last life, and in the last little section of that life. I managed to hit the rabbit for the last time with my snail shell. At that very instant, the rabbit hit me. My health dropped to zero, and the rabbit dropped down dead on the floor - both of us, Game Over... or so I thought. Then it gave me my ice cream and my badge! I defeated the Evil Rabbit AND death!
Great game, but could do with a few slightly harder badges... you know, "Solve The Finale Case At The House" 20 points. "Earn All In-Game Achievements" 20 points. "Purchase All Upgrades" 10 points. Just something to keep you amused past the beginner stages.
