OH MAN GUYS THIS GAME IS SO EASY ON EASY MODE. THAT IS CLEARLY A PROBLEM WITH THE GAME AND NOT MY LACK OF BALLS IN SELECTING DIFFICULTY. IM OFF TO GO PLAY MORE GAMES ON THE EASIEST MODE AND COMAPLAIN MORE!
I went through this game the 2nd time and using all the dynamite each round instead of only 1 and oh, my, god. Was this game made for 2 year olds? People who have never seen buildings in their lives? The instructions are accurate: Place your dynamite anywhere, click "Boom", and WIN.
There is absolutely no challenge. I weep for the people who played this game and felt anything more than their intelligence being insulted.
This game is pretty lame.
1. Painfully easy. I beat every level with 1 stick of dynamite. Just 1.
2. Know why that's doable? Physics are random so if I try a strategy 10 times it'll work on the 10th try.
The game is easy, because the creator doesn't put any effort into concealing what you have to accomplish to win the level. Sure, it's a cool concept to have to drop a block to stop a circle from hitting the green block, but that makes it more of an action game than a puzzle -- no thought is required to play this game.
If neither the most expensive tower I can buy at level 1 nor massing the cheapest towers at level 1 in all the right places gets me past wave 1 without losing lives, we got a problem.
Did you even have anyone test this? Did they drool all over the keyboard in the process? I just don't get how you thought any of these were challenging, or the point to half the blocks.
For that matter, whether you copy a little or a lot from other games, CITE YOUR INSPIRATION. Don't just make a blatant rip off of another game and then play it off as if you thought of the whole thing.
Disgraceful behavior.
Yeah, the_blind_king is right, this IS blatantly ripping off Obulis: http://www.meridian4.com/games/obulis/index.html
Look, you can take nice concepts from other games, but this is just the entire gameplay/design ripped off.
This is one of my favorite games on Kongregate. I've been playing since closed beta, but it never gets old.
For those who are a bit off-put, things aren't always what they appear... click around the border of the game to get to the REAL game, the reason this has such a high rating.
No way to quit challenges when you know you're going to lose? Terrible decision.
Why allow user input when the AI acts so stupid and insists on taking over?
There are so many good games on Kongregate. How do games like this get badges? After a certain point of infuriating stupidity, accomplishment no longer feels like an achievement but rather the end of a burden.
