This is about 3 steps back from the quality of the original. Seriously, how did you decide, let's take a good game, then hack it apart, then put it back together as crap?
who the hell makes it so explosions last for like 5 seconds, yet take the top layer above enemies, powerups, current projectiles, and everything that could possibly be useful?
What's the point of yellow towers? They have no purpose as far as I can see, the shifters are out of phase often enough that the normal towers work just as well on them for much cheaper.
damn 10 shell mega artillery strikes. I'm doing great, then I get hit by the most overpowered weapon in the game, bunkers don't stop it, trenches just barely allow spec ops to survive with a heroic upgrade.
Ahh yes, the AI that follows enemies going straight towards them always so they take as long as possible to get there? Try adding some actual code so the units have more brains than a potato bug.

Dear god, add an AI option to units so you don't have to micro manage every single god damn person.
signalers are useless at low levels, taking 2 minutes+ to call in for support. That's real great, the guys have been slowly advancing for 2 minutes and overrun my position before any air strikes can be called in.
what the fck is this? I get halfway through a battle and my browser crashes, when I come back in all enemies health is regenerated, but my tank is still dead from last battle.
cut scenes are boring, and details hidden throughout the whole thing. I would prefer having all the data in one place rather than having to hunt through shit before shooting a guy.

God, I tell my tanks to attack the turrets, but as soon as infantry come around they forget about the turrets. I have people covering them god damnit!
