I started out being interested in the game, but then information just kept piling on and I got overwhelmed by it all. I love the idea of a TD that's multiplayer, I've been waiting for something like this for a long time, but unfortunately I've got information overload. All the menus are so cluttered and there's just so much going on that I, myself, couldn't stick with it.
"Click 'instant travel' to teleport to your location immediately (and use diamonds). Hmm, a 12 minute wait and I don't use my diamonds? I think I'll wait.
The advanced bundle should really be able to be purchased using the free tokens you can get. Even for 800-1000 tokens, it'd be something to work towards, it'd show people this isn't just "pay-to-win" (not that I think it is anyway), and it'd also give people a way to get ancient runes.
Good suggestion, this is something we do plan to add as we add more content to the game. We will open up the other bundles to have a Token price so that all content is available for free. We will also be adding more content to aim for with Tokens as well. And potentially also more ways to get Tokens.
XD someone put a dating tag on this? Really? Big burly insectosaur here looking for a brutish simian to love, care for, and eventually rip his face off. Smokers need not apply.
People should try to keep in mind that the main 40 levels are just a small portion of the game. The real attraction is the editor and player levels. Think of the 40 levels as a way to show you the different things you could make and then implement them, as well as anything you can think of, in your own designs.
This is the most fun I've had creating something in a long while, great game, great fun, and many great user-created levels (and developer created levels) 5/5.
Small yet annoying glitch - I was just making a level, testing it and after I finished testing one part, I went back to the editor but the "fail - restart level" thing popped up and wouldn't go away no matter how much I clicked, I couldn't exit either so my only option is to refresh (without saving the edits)
I wonder how many others went through the entire game without pressing the give up button then started a new game and pressed it just to see what it'd do.
Glitch - I've beaten the insectosaur campaign. I was playing the Mib'z and I had just beaten a level and gone back to the HQ then I clicked to switch campaign, switched to insectosaur, and it shows me the "galaxy is now yours screen" for the Mib'z rather than insectosaurs and also gives me the coins I earned from my last win of the Mib'z again... so basically I can get unlimited coins this way.
If anyone else becomes faceless after choosing your class, simply enhance your helmet (changing it would likely work too I'd guess). If that still doesn't work... then... you will be the new slenderman
I become level ten, getting more powerful and a little confident and now I choose to be a mage. Little do I realize that when I do this, my face falls off o_o. Why am I a no face I wonder? I'd ask but I have no mouth to speak the words! :O
People complain about only watching the fighting. I have to wonder how those people expect to control two, four, or even six people at a time efficiently. Think of your role as support. You tell them when to throw grenades, call in strikes, get healed, etc. It might not be as flashy to some of you, but that doesn't make it any less important.
The game actually seems to be holding at a 4.7/5. Quite an amazing feat. Congratulations, Kupo707. Your loyal fans (myself included) look forward to your next game(s).
I'm a little sad this won't be working on mac, but I understand why, so no worries there. Sounds like a pretty good game too *wants to try* Think it may change ever? I know it's unlikely but I thought I'd ask.
What in the world is wrong with people? Launch games are their own category, just like tower defense games. They'll have some similarities of course, but their differences is what makes them shine. People need to stop rating down games just because they're similar to other games.
2 hours later, badges obtained... and my wrist hurts >_>. Good fun for the first hour or so, although the boss run may as well be impossible with such insane amounts of health and damage done by them. It would have been difficult enough with the bosses at their normal health, I can't even fathom the amount of time you'd need to practice this game to get good enough to beat it (with the warp core).
