I hate the fact that games which are supposed to "make us think" are getting high reviews solely BECAUSE it's a game like that. This is not an amazing game, it's barely even a game and that's the honest truth whether others accept it or not.
By far the easiest impossible badge, only took me about an hour and a half to complete the entire game. Great game though, tons of fun and would love to play a sequel.
Problem with gray screen - some people can't download Flash player 11+, myself included, because it won't work on our operating systems, therefor we cannot play... quite sad really since my mac is only a couple years old.
@drakilian you ask why are we playing it? probably because we thought it may be good from the ratings, how would people know whether or not they like a game if they don't play it? I played it, I finished it, and it just wasn't enjoyable so I rated it a 2/5. The graphics aren't good, the story is only okay, and the gameplay didn't require any thought or skill.
The true lesson to learn from all post-apocalyptic games - No matter who you are, no matter where you are, and no matter what you're doing, there will always be someone to sell something to you.
Tips in order of importance - Save your gold from the first few battles only use it on a golden ticket and shrine, if your health is low before you find a ticket use elixir, if used and still no ticket buy armor when below 500. Once you have used a golden ticket (or more if super lucky) focus mainly on swords, divine edge (only one for the dragon and buy another after the dragon if possible), only get armor when low on health. A great time to buy weapons is when you have 2 or more in a row because the price stays the same for those few if you buy them so get 2-3 swords for only 200ish and you save about 200. Bank your money! I always try to have 500-700 just in case a golden ticket comes around or I need armor and a shrine.
@Delete Me - I'm only in the 100 million range :( I've got some catching up to do.... and now I've got to keep a few million out of the bank just in case they delete it and my money is lost >.>
The 1000 farmed whales I can deal with... it'll take time but eventually I'll get it..... but cash out on a 50 point streak on high/low? really now? Be honest saybox, you didn't want anyone to finish that one did you? >.>
A few more tips - Math game - right click, get calculator (can't be on computer), input problem, left click on screen, type problem in. Seal Bashing - Luck... that's all... I went from a combo of 15-25 because there was only one seal at a time... Good luck! Target Practice - Right click, move mouse to target, double click and repeat. Also the Target practice gives you massive experience when you get around 100+... got 2 full levels (55 & 56) with a combo of 167 ^_^ Snail Grab - Use the edges of the bucket often! The right clicking will probably be fixed at some point >.> but I certainly hope not! XD
Farm 1000 whales... -.-.... that means 900 more whales... you get 4 every ten minutes... 24 every hour.... so I'm supposed to farm whales... for 37.5 hours...
How about letting us buy slingshot or cannon parts, assemble the cannon, then shoot Pingy out of it so he can... ehem... Learn to Fly. Then after each shot having to reassemble it.
As said up to a million times (if not more) this is truly a great game. A short list of small tweaks to add if you create a sequel - Autosave of some sort, possibly tied into entering the town area and exiting it (that's likely where most people save it anyway). Turn counter as well over a thousand have said, would be a great addition. Lastly my own opinion - more customization O.O. I believe that's what makes people keep coming back, a sense of freedom. Certainly a 5/5 game and I look forward to any future products! Be proud of your game!!! :D
None of the money that's in the bank will be lost.
