The game itself is pretty average, but you get a 5 stars just because you used the should-be-a-must-have mute-at-the-beginning perk. This is a practice to be encouraged.
Whoa, not since the classic days of pong consoles have I seen that glorious stuttering bar just spazzing all over the place. I didn't know it was even possible to recreate that defect with today's technology and back then, they at least had the joystick and other mechanical parts to blame for the stuttering. What do we have today to blame, a mouse? I think not.
This game is a buggy piece of trash. It's basically an exact copy of the first two, except the DPS is broken, homing missiles just shoot offscreen most of the time, ignoring the enemies unless you stand right in their faces, everything kills you in one shot on the last level even if you have the best plane, the cursor keeps flying off the screen all the time.
If you're gonna re-release the same thing thrice, at least release the bugless version.
I clicked in a gem in my inventory, found out I had no socketable item so I closed my inventory (instead of clicking the gem again to cancel) and went to store my gem. Now I'm walking around in a dungeon with the "Click the gem again to cancel" message hovering on top
If you get the quest target in story dungeons and head out, you won't be able to go back in to grab the chests you missed so all chests in story dungeons are permanently missable, which is a shame since the best items can be found there.
So I've lost my save file too, even though my storage is on unlimited. This isn't the first time that happened too, which is why I'll never be able to actually play the trilogy.
undefined need to either fix the first game or remove the whole achievements-carry-to-next-game thing, it's really a gamebreaker.
@lietuviux Look up, see those "All, Warrior, Rogue, Mage" buttons? Click the class you want and you'll see only the stuff they can equip. You can further sort them by "New, Value, something-I-don't-remember-'cause-I've-never-used-it"
This is a pretty cool and long game, bastard took me all day to complete; I had other stuff planned, too! Oh well, I'll do it tomorrow, I guess.
Keep up the good work, eager to see Chapter 3!
Ah, before I forget, here's a few suggestions. Maybe add a Realistic mode where you don't get fully healed between battles? I mean, I had almost 200 potions by the end of the game, and I never actually used the mage's healing spell. Also, still with the Realistic Mode. Why not make it so you can't burn fire-element monsters (like Lava Golems), poison the undead (or golems, or anything that isn't really alive and weak to poison), and stun golems by kicking them in the face?
Finally, I've managed to both burn AND freeze multiple enemies, so why not, in the Realistic Mode, make it so using fire attacks melt away and ice and vice-versa?
The Realistic Mode would add so much strategy and depth to the game, I'm sure many (wannabe) hardcore gamers would like it.
Hey Ibuuyk, would you mind explaining what exactly is your issue with energy bars? Perhaps if you provided some insight into what bothers you about them, we can look into better alternatives for our players. Thanks for the comment.
So it's energy bars time, eh? What a shame, Epic War was a great serie but now it's forever ruined. Dude gave up to laziness and won't make real games anymore.
I was doing the last level with a three cats party and when my last cat died and came back to life, the game froze. I'm thinking the game thought the game was over during the split second my cat was dead.
You have a lot of hate inside you...
