Gave it a low rating based on having to wait on refilling the war bonds. Not a good idea, interupts gameplay making it unenjoyable. If not for that it would be a much better game. Just my opinion.

Is there anyplace that explains the higher level card evolutions? They don't work the way the game explains it.
