Why is the 2nd badge only medium? It takes many hours of grinding in order to train a card enough to level it up ... Considering the quality of the game, why would anyone want to spend that much time for 15 points?
I enjoyed it a lot ~ But I only gave it a 4/5... Simply because once I was able to get to the boss, it was all about saving up to max your time limit, because you couldn't "rush" to kill him.. you had to wait for his pattern to be complete. I feel like having a time limit, and then being unable to work extra fast on that brought it down a little bit
Disappointing that you gain so few skills over such a long time period. Took me like 3 years to get lvl 15. I picked the first monster (the red STR one) and I'd say that was a mistake, it only gains stronger attacks that cost more energy each. When playing as the INT one, I regen'd HP faster and I had a heal and a slow. Not sure about the unicorn monster yet, but I'm sure it would be better than this str one too
Completing the game as a medium badge is a little rediculous. I spent many days working on this game... It should be considered a hard badge due to endurance
I played as the dark wood (blood) mages, and I was able to win with some effort. It seems to me, though, that ice mages are the winners hands down, assuming they pump a LOT of mana in their training. Second would probably be the Burning (pure DMG) fire mages ~ Their combined shot deals incredible damage.
Kinda fun, but it's incredibly long. Been playing for about an hour and haven't even gotten 1 of the medium badges yet. Still, it's an Rpg, so I must finish....
Meh. The medium badge has so few recipients because it takes too long. I've played for about 20 minutes and I'm sincerely tired of this platformer. It was a very cool idea, but after a few levels I got over it quickly
GerardWay13 is smart, but I finished by Wave 23. Max the XP Skill, then get lvl 2 Regen, then Lvl 3 Reload, then lvl 3 repairs, THEN lvl3 regen, Then accuracy and finally Money. The strategy is to get the Winchester as soon as possible and use that for the rest of the game. Shoot as fast as possible and reload, while standing in front of the truck, and press 'S' every time you reload so you keep a constant repairing job going ~ Makes it very easy. After you get the Winchester, regen removes the need for First Aid kits, and you spend all your money on Mines :)
I wish there was a better explanation about making weapons and what each stat does to the weapon. Aaaand, I think powerups get to be too expensive at some point .. :l Wave 21 and using the 120k weapon while unable to maintain full energy. And that's without getting hardly any armor boosts
I would love an option to lower the quality. It can get choppy at the hardest moments, and it screws you over. Also, allowing balance among classes might be smarter.
Fire is nice... but you can only shoot in front of you and there is no great AoE ~ It makes things difficult, so I'm not sure I'm going to aim for the hard badge, merely because it's missing a skill reset option and I don't want to make a new character to work on the other trees. Fun game though
