Seems disappointing compared to the previous EW games... could use an autosave too, and I'm agreeing with everybody asking for spell hotkeys. Seems to have some glitches when I choose to surrender a mission then start another, all the troops from the previous battle are still there like ghosts, radar is empty and although my heroes havent spawned yet I can still see them on the field
It seems to me the main reason people are complaining about spell hotkeys in particular is because of the ninja bosses, and the need to spam meteor. In case you don't know, hoolding shift + clicking works for multiple casts of the same spell as well as putting down multiple towers. Works great for mass deforestation too :)
oh and pierce arrow is simply amazing, get a nice slope and 6k dmg headshots anybody? the more units you hit on one shot the more damage it does. can pretty much wipe out an entire wave with a good shot. and flak arrow shouldnt be underestimated, its pretty much the only arrow that can penetrate buildings (waves dont really count) and gives nice aoe + fast cooldown :)
a good way to beat levels faster is to get horsemen after you have a decent amount of skills, used WASD to move around and basically push up to the castle with horses coming in, let them get the flag and then just cover the retreat. careful not to do friendly fire, and getting hit by trebuchet=ohko. and btw if you forget to upgrade, just walk into an enemy wave to suicide and you will get a menu with the option to restart level and also to go to upgrade screen.
ALSO this is one of the first flash games i had ever played seriously a few years ago and still a favorite 5/5 fo sho
are you serious crypto? at most it took me 1-3mins for each level... and its already nice enough to have such awesome graphics and what other differences game has animation? dont blame the dev if you are no good at finding differences.
well, did the scorpion level on normal mode, for aroudnd 4.5k exp. then did it with sudden death and blind mode on = 3x1.5=4.5x exp, yet i only got 5k :\ is that how its supposed to work? also on another level i racked up 1.3k kills for around 2k exp even with the exp boost skill >_>
The boss animal idea is nice and yeah, needs more variation, maybe limited to certain types of birds per level... or obstacles for birds to fly around, idk. Its good, just gets repetitive like others have said
Would be nice if maybe some guards killable, some not, could be marked different colours at all times/only noticable if you're close enough. Cause if all the guards are killable then... not much point once you kill the last one :) Also different kinds of guards, some move more/faster but have less vision, or ones with more vision but dont move a lot (sentries) etc. and only the normal guards/sentries/whatevers can be killed, you get the idea
