I love this game, and I think the whole series is great. It really forces you to think and plan ahead, and it's not easy or repetitive. At all. The AI isn't great, but that's life. I do have one big criticism of the game though. The turrets seem just a little bit OP to me--they're super hard to kill, and you can't wear them down, because they regen health. This makes them really annoyingly hard to kill, especially because they have an insane range, so nothing can hit them without being hit back, and they pack a punch. They just make some of the levels really annoyingly hard, even on easy settings.
@Some_Dude: Yea, I tried it. It just ends the mission, the spot where the war machine was explodes and it goes into the finishing dialogue. Sorry, but it doesn't work.
I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but whenever i try to reload the game, an empty room appears at the beginning of the next area, but I'm not in there and can't get out. it's really irritating, and i don't know why it happens. otherwise, it's an amazing game and i love it.
I cannot stress how much i love this game, but there's just one thing that pisses me off. The church of the chosen ones. I wish that there were a few different religions that could grow in the city, and maybe compete against each other, rather than just the church of the chosen ones becoming a mass suicide. After my first city was destroyed by it, i have an epic phobia of churches--i immediately get rid of them, just in case.
AlphaOmega, All I did to beat him was focus poison attacks on him until he was at nine, than just attacked the other enemies--that seemed to go pretty well for me
This is a pretty good game-fun, challenging, etc. But it's not and endless war game. Don't advertise it as one--because if you don't, everyone will be a lot happier
The only thing that ruins this game at all is the fact that once you beat it, you have to pay to unlock more levels. Without that, this game would absolutely be 5/5
I love this game, but there's one thing I do wish was different. I wish there were more than one religion that could develop, cause it gets annoying having to avoid the churches like they're the plague. Could there be a few more added?
sorry, just realized the humans are overpowered thing was a bit vague. 1 hit kills with full health and full shield? from a minigun shot. 1 OF THEM. That's just obnoxious. I know it's supposed to be damn hard, but this is just impossible.
