I have a big problem with a game that takes away my ranged weapon and replaces it with a melee weapon when I have to lower a bridge that requires a ranged weapon to lower. (That, or some ability to jump high enough and hit the rope, which there doesn't seem to be after losing 15+ lives.)

This is pretty bad. The way that controls are never consistent is terrible. Sometimes it's tank controls, sometimes rpg movement, sometimes I move lightening-fast and other times at a crawl. I've failed so many times because I had to guess how I was going to move and was wrong, not to mention when on-screen instructions don't explain what I'm supposed to do. With stuff like warioware controls are clear and reacting to the situation is what makes it fun, but with this game it's required to memorize the highly inconsistent controls for each microgame, which is quite annoying to do.

A good surprise game, but i was a bit disappointed it wasn't something more interesting than that.

If nobody knew this was a demo and any indication was removed that the game continued after level 2, I'd bet there would be a better rating for this game. People seem to get bitter when told "this is just part of the game and you need to pay for the whole thing" but they don't realize that if this was the whole game it would still be a really good flash game, although a bit short.

Maybe it's because I'm not doing races with other people (not that there are any), but this game seems pretty lacking. Controlling myself is hard with how much movement drifts and I hate "hold up to hover" controls, but having almost no sight range makes it really hard to actually get around without death or hitting every slime block along the way.

Level 14 is total crap. They can hit almost anywhere on the map making it hard to take them out when I can't get more than 7-8 tiles and they have 20-ish range/damage drones attacking. Having many quick drones gang up on them is the best strategy I found since it rips them up initially, but since the range/damage ones sit permanently on the upgrade tile, my fast drones quickly become a brick with a bazooka and are owned by triple the number of units. What's the point of the armor tile on that level anyway? The high attack units pierce armor anyway, so it's only a handicap. It has been a pretty reasonable game up until that furiously annoying point.

To anyone that wonders why protection isn't going up when an item has a + to protection, that is because base protection is always used BUT the protection value that is in the effect box is capped based on mysticism. From your inventory, click "buffs" and you can see your max total values for all equipment effects. Increasing mysticism will increase these values, but if you were at the cap for an effect you will need to re-equip the item to register the increase.

It would be great if I could get rid of furniture or at least have my most recent stuff appear first. I gotta go through through 3 pages of junk furniture before being able to place the shiny new things I just made (or if I simply want to move something). Also, would be great to be able to construct walls to make rooms and be able to change the floor tiles. The max upgrade feels like a warehouse. :(

Fun game. Reminds me quite a bit of adventure quest with a different combat system. I am a VERY vain player though, so I'd love if you could add a way to dye any piece of equipment (probably would get added in the next game and not this one though).

I'm a bit disappointed that when trying to make a game that appeals to women that the best thing you came up with was that women tend to date men. How about something with a bad-ass female protagonist that doesn't look like a skank? (An example on this site would be, Days 2 Die.)

This has some good music, great art and uses physics interestingly, so I can see some production value in this. However, the physics are out of control. This game is about driving carefully, but why make the max speed (or moderate speed for that matter) so high that it's almost guaranteed to mess you up? The carts are too weak, even upgraded. I was tapping to go slower from an already low speed, then I held reverse for half a second and the cart broke off. Allowing the player to have the ability to CONSISTENTLY control their character is important to enjoying a game. Not boring and easy, but annoying and unpredictable.

Good casual spaceship shooter that isn't hard but has a bit of challenge. My biggest complaint is the lack of music change. If the game was longer, it would get annoying. If nothing else, this needs boss music. The final boss (as well as other boss) felt a little disappointing without proper acknowledgment that they are bad-ass. The siren doesn't lend any feeling to the boss fight itself.

I was turned off to the graphics at first, but this ended up being a pretty good game. The fights were tense, the upgrade system was nice and the enemies were varied. The biggest problem I had was that I couldn't switch powers while shooting. I don't think to stop my running and gunning to change forms, and it's gotten me killed several times. The shock power is too good though. Fully upgraded, I was attracting enough force items to keep it going for a very long time (especially with the item ability of the Life one) and sometimes the whole fight. I was swimming in loot half way through the game because of this. The ending... seriously? You couldn't have just a paragraph of text explaining the aftermath of victory and how everything was awesome now? After the final level I could continue in a weird glitch fight where projectiles wouldn't hit anything and the boss never appeared. Given that, I'd still give this a 4/5. It's good stuff. :D

I loved the first game, it was enjoyable and not unfair. On the other hand this game is terribly annoying, mostly due to the controls. The firs game I pressed a key, the action happened, and that was it. I like the way the kitty carried over to this game because the kitty-moves are pretty clever, but they're way too hard to control, and the way you auto-jump when the key is held is pretty bad. I don't know how many times I died while I'd attempt to control my land with hover cat, only to touch the ground and launch myself up into death because the key was held down, or I'd reach the edge while using ceiling cat and I'd accidentally double-jump. Aside from that, it bothers me when a game requires me to die because I messed up once (such as throwing the cat and losing it across a trap or near some enemies). This is still an OK game, but the first was better.

It was amusing at first to attack things with a furious wilkins, but the gimmick of being able to draw my ship did not make the game itself any more fun overall. No explanation on how the shield works was really annoying when enemies started walking through it unexpectedly, and it was deadly trail and error to guess what new enemies would go through my current level of shield. If you add only two things to the drawing part, make sure it's a paint bucket tool and either an erase or undo tool. A bigger drawing area would be nice too, with a to-scale preview of what it will end up like on the side instead of just a little box.

This has equal parts of bad ass and ridiculous, which is is the formula of many fun fighting games. Though I am disappointed it ended when it did, it was starting to really get interesting and it didn't feel like the end as much as setting up for the end boss. Aside from feeling a bit short (Maybe another 1-2 levels would be enough), perhaps make weapons a little more different from each other and a little less awkward to use. I'd like to add "Damnit, stop juggling the pistol and machine gun and shoot!" as a little problem. It's annoying in an action game when the attack button is the same button that leaves you vulnerable. Also it's too easy to spam L or J+K, so perhaps have a bit of a cooldown\vulnerable moment afterward\meter to fill or something to those attacks. 4\5

There's a way around overheating. The guns only overheat when the button is held down, so if you click and release quickly it will cool down completely between shots.
