As a former WMT(War Metal Tyrant)player, this hurts me so much. When I was playing this because of Tyrant's shutdown for Unleashed, it was already bad with powercreep like 5/20 1 turn cards, but this... 20/100 1 turn monsters than destroy everything that wasn't bought with real money...Synapse really proves their priorities straight. Getting badges for this crap and using old art is like salt on wounds and insult to any self respecting person. P2W crap shouldn't deserve attention.
Rest in peace, Tyrant. Shame your better legacy is being used by corrupt, greedy psychopaths who betrayed their fans for money.
This game deserves to be the highest rated game. Why? Because it's presence shows how Flash is important to history; at first, he created not good, but free games, to better and well known series called Epic Battle Fantasy: while the first 2 were closer to games like Sonny when it comes to gameplay, starting from 3rd and now, he added exploration; the ones that helped to popularize the RPG games and series as a whole.
Looking on Steam, you show how you can do paid games right: like Creeper World creator, you use Steam for improved/extra features, and remaking 1 older part of the series for free for fans commitment to buying on Steam. All of it is better compared to Kong pushing P2W garbage on Steam, like $ynapticoin, which itself only a shadow of what Tyrant used to be, one of best games of 2011 on Kong that was gone due to their greed on Unleashed and not-so clones called Spellstone and Animation Throwdown. Don't become like them, my avatar is a remnant of a better era.
The more sweepstakes for bad games, the more Kong exposes as scum dev promoting company. I've had enough. The low rating also makes it even more fishy that it looks at first. Kong, you are doing wrong with promoting bad games just to let people win, but also get FRUSTRATED in process.
$ynapticoin is still alive. Players are still robbed by P2W practices where rich player with legends and epics wins every time. Synaptic doesn't care. He bans people that say otherwise. And that sums the evil dev that people HATE now days, but they feel nostalgic about Tyrant being destroyed by money hungry monster devs.
The devs should learn that shutting down War Metal Tyrant was the biggest mistake they ever made. They didn't just lost a game which had a fanbase, but they also betrayed everyone by making P2W sequels such as Spellstone, Tyrant Unleashed and Global Assault, while making that no one expect money paying whales will enjoy them, while at same time robbing money from us and making us mad why energy games and such are P2W and should be avoided. You devs didn't learn, and you see why people are against you.
If people don't stop playing and paying these developers(yes the ones that destroyed a well known game that was called Tyrant), then don't expect their withdrawal soon. But, if people don't rally against them, then it will be still milking the sharks and unsuspecting people...We need to turn the tables against evil greed.
$ynapticoin already is showing his true evil nature to this day...Kong is still helping him by making promotions...Just why. Why, Kong, just why are you helping these betrayers that destroyed once well known game and community called Tyrant and then turned their sequels into cashgrab with low risk and budget and high profit(and powercreep to powercreep releases with no creativity builds)but no pleasure? The logic of games nowdays...Many people are ashamed that they lost a game that would be the best nowdays...Screw this dev, he deserves no penny from his games anymore! Unless he gives us back Tyrant we loved and always love!
Goddawn, why the heck Kong made $ynapticoin game into an event for some sweepstakes? We openly stated that TU, Gloass and this game are terrible for everyone but whales, and yet you HAD to advertise this piece of crap game...WHY??? He already betrayed us by shutting down Tyrant, and yet, this money crap goes on...Avoid like the plague!
Checked out the game snice the last visit from 2014(yes the year where Tyrant got shutdown). You know what? I found out that ALL my cards are useless in current meta, as event pack cards actually WAY stronger than them, and free cards are just pieces of junk that only good for salvage.
Thats why games like this shouldn't exist. Powercreep and P2W is too real to be competitive in this game. People, please don't pay this ATM money begging machine cash cow. And don't, ever like or support $ynaticoin in any way.

Thats one of the reasons why this game is awesome. Feels strange that bodies are better than shields and how the hell assassins can't wear a melee as a secondary(when they/you pickup briefcase with a melee you switch into a two-handed SMG because you need 2 hands to hold the briefcase?)
So, how the heroes stopped the nuke and then the new ones replaced them? How in the hell world makes sheep and poo launchers? And how you can ever sell junk for hundreds of dollars? There must be some logic here...
Of course supporting $ynaptics new self makes you a disgust to true, non cashgrab gaming. The original Tyrant is GONE, the fun of getting the cards and defeating hard but fun decks is GONE, fanfictions are GONE, fanbase is ruined into splitting between whales(P2W players, corrupted WMT fans)and free ones(most of us are, but we first play enough to decide when to spend or not), thus making the situation even wrose than it was. Well thank you synaptic, for revealing your true intentions. You are the devil of greed, who now cares nothing, but money. The new players(and bad fans ofc)don't realize that supporting him will result in even more cashgrabs and eventually it WILL backfire as cash you spent became worthless. So, take an advice and report this game as cashgrab, don't play or recommend it, don't pay and demand bringing original Tyrant back.
SynaptiCoiN, the worst cancer snice 2014(Unleashed). Everyone, bash the greedy devs like him, demand old Tyrant to be back online, make him stop making P2W sequels, shutdown all new games he made, don't play or pay a penny, report this as cashgrab and make Kong stop promoting these types of games! Its disgusting how people support those evil devs, which now care about money than the fanbase and balance of community. And copypasted TU assets in form of skills and mechanics is even more disgusting at creativity itself.
This game is just what we didn't expect to. The gameplay is good, more polished than 1st one, story is good, music is great but compared to 1st one, it has only a little of new features such as buyable cheats(more like modifier reductors), costumes(they change looks and gameplay style), pacifist mode(oh yes, very fun to dodge all bullets without fighting)and some little things that would be pointless to include. So anyways, great job on creating this and looking foward for your new projects, Matt! 4.5/5.
This is the funnest game i ever played. Humor, jokes, refrences and other inside out things made this game into a perfect 5/5. Yep, it rivaling Contract Wars in terms of rating.
This game...at first thought it's just like any other, but after playing it i found out that it is a good game...No pay to win, pay for cosmetics only, balanced gameplay and fine treatment for both sides. I could even pay if i had the spare money.
