I died in a very stupid way. I cleared a gap in the 2nd or 3rd level, hit a blue guy, bounced back, and fell off the same gap.

If you have Chrome you can open an incognito window and you'll be able to play. (Ctrl+Shift+N) If not, you're screwed.
Just open an incognito window and you can play again. (This works I tried it.)
