Not a bad game at all. I do wish the levels were a tiny bit shorter tho. About 70% through the level I start wishing it would be over and everytime i kill a group, I'm hoping it's the last group. But overall it's a nice game. Just my style of grinding to buy upgrades.
Played the first round. Added some cards to my starter deck, now I can't play anymore because it freezes on the "Select which deck to use in this battle" screen. :/
It would be a lot easier to get the badges if we could play this on our phones. The game was obviously designed to work with taps and swipes not mouse clicks.
The controls don't really always function. Sometimes I'm dragging the nail all over those blobby things and nothing happens. It's like the hitbox is 1px by 1px or isn't there at all sometimes.
Way too bouncy. And way too many configuration options. I just pressed default and keep doing full upgrades. Hope that works. Aint nobody got time for 5k options that aren't explained.
Just finished the game. I really liked it. I didn't like the disconnect between choosing your units and choosing your skills. I would forget which skills I chose when I was choosing my units and then have to restart since a lot of skills are specific to one type of unit. Mostly though, it was great. I liked how the 3 versions of each lvl weren't just easy, medium, and hard but actually had different goals/limitations.
Perhaps I should add something like "achieved strength" indicator at the deployment screen. It'll show current level of development of the selected soldier.
I fell asleep playing this game. Not really remembering much about it, I tried to play again I'm trapped in a building and can't seem to get out. Either the game is glitching or the controls are not intuitive. Meh, time to try a different game.
While I was waiting for this page to load after seeing it was the badge of the day, all I could think was, "Please let this be one of the ones I already finished."
Click on badge of the day for a 2011 game I don't recognize that can only be played with special equipment... see I completed 20 out of 21 required lvls... on my old computer... close Kongregate for today. No thanks Kong.
Oh, also I swear sometimes the controls don't move in the direction I've chosen. Sometimes I go up when I press left, etc. No obstacles or anything around.
I haven't encountered any black screens like other mentioned. But I have found this sequel to be overly complicated. I don't really understand what I should be focusing on or what's really going on. I don't get the point of the 'reservation camp'. Why can't I just have all my people in a menu someplace so I can see who I have and not have to go through all these extra screens to get to them if nothing goes on in the camps? Right now I'm just kind of choosing what to upgrade based on what I have available rather than choosing based on what the upgrade will give me. There's just too many unintuitive options that aren't explained well.
