I'm having the same problem as TheCongressman, the screen looks kinda fragmented. It is still playable and most of the text seems like it is in the right place but the graphics are scattered.
For all of you wondering if you press 1 you get a melee and if you press the other numbers you get the rest of your guns (the ones you haved picked up so far)
Nothing ever happened in your 60 Second Life. Almost as if you were running away and trying to let your life slip past you.
