Can anyone make something that is worse than this ??!??
This is incredible. There's no game in it; it's actually worse than "Utopian", and it's called "GIGA" miner. GIGA???? I guess if something is called GIGA-something, it means: "stay away from it; it's made by a lamer!"
:( Cake Pirate 1 was good. Cake Pirate is really a "discount-version" with annoyances beyond what I tolerate. Playfield is too small 'start' button is moved to the left, which is "unreachable", one cannot see the ingredient names in the list. Explanations that I can't buy an item pops over the playfield - not acceptable. Suddenly your "character" to the left starts shaking like those idiotic "You've won a million" window-popup-ads. That's where I close the game and never return.
If you haven't tried Cake Pirate 1, you really should.
As I don't want to ruin the game, I won't post solutions... Is it possible to make any of these shorter... L1:3, L2:9, L3:10, L4:10, L5:11, L6:15, L7:13, L8:13, L9:14, L10:24, L11:23, L12:17, T:162 (L=level, T=total) ?
Awesome game. I'd like very much if it was possible to turn off continous animations (such as tile-animations, etc). Simple animations, such as Lightbot's bulb turning on/off would be OK. Also the "go to next level" animation is dragging my CPU down.
Eg. I'd like a "Animations = Lightbot 1 style". 5/5!
(Don't get confused over the conditionals. Look at the color of the bot).

Nice idea. Ball should probably change direction slightly, when hitting people. It would be great with some sound too. I second badge support, and perhaps being able to get different types of bowling balls. :)
I'm having trouble playing because of the user-interface. Especially the fading-away really disturbs me. Otherwise the game is awesome. Good user-interface usually includes hotkeys for purchasing units/upgrades. I also wish that the game would remember that I turned off the background music (sorry, it does drive me nuts). BTW: I also recommend Starcom from the same author. :)
This version has a lot of bugs and is too easy. Please update.
(Sell does not work; one is allowed to place units anywhere, several units can be placed at the same position). Latest version is v1.1, although v1.3 exists for platforms outside 'Flash'.
I wish for two things apart from the minimap...
1: The front wheels would turn when turning the wheel. It looks too cheap just "rotating" the car.
2: Optimize the code... I'd like a little more movie-like racing than slide-show racing.
@alexnguyen97: I thought about stairs too. All those dissatisfied guests can go take the stairs.
Anyway... Here's a hint: Make big elevators; lots of them, but only 3 floors each, then you get rid of the complaints about elevators. :)
Another hint: Rooms/Suites on the same floor (These need maids). Services, Food, Entertainment, Health on other floors (These need engineers). Receptions on ground floor (however, it's perfectly alright to put them on other floors; it's just easier to maintain there, and receptions never need any other attention.
Whatever you do, when you go stay on a hotel; never, ever go to the cinema. One movie cost $1200. I'd go and rent a DVD instead. ;)
Can't figure out a thing in this game, except for I figured out that there's a map, but clicking it does nothing. I can accept missions, but apart from that... I never get to "flying" anywhere.
Awesome idea, I wish the blocky-graphics would 'snap to pixel boundaries', to get a real feeling of the old 8-bit machines. Any chance for an UPGRADE ? ;)
This game idea is really original. 5 stars for new thinking since Pacman/Space Invaders/Boulder Dash/Tower Defence. -There are really only a very few game types, as most games max. add one totally new unseen idea, but the foundation of this game is a new idea in itself.
