Anyone needs help try using the code ZXZOIA on the character select screen.
Then after the 1st lvl headshot the dead corpse and zombies will no longer chase you.
Another cheat is VZXOIA This will enable unlimited ammo hope this helps.
5/5 great graphics and gameplay this game kept me in my cahir for hours untill I finished it.
Hint
You can use the golden teeth as belt.
also try using the gold buck teeth.
Another tip is putting the red pants on his head they look like a legit hat.
The halo can be used as a frisbe.
