Beat the game just now, I honestly expected like some form of rebirth after finishing the boss and all paths. Altogether, I really enjoyed the progression and how exactly it let the player grow with the game unlocks. I look forward to what you make in the future, or updates to this
Thanks for the feedback! Yea I wanted to mostly see how the core concept fared with players here but after seeing all the comments and such I realize rebirth could be a way to go in the future. I'm thinking of some way to fuse that with multiple maps and worlds in a full version. Yea I think some idle games do a great job unfolding mechanics over time so that was the inspiration here. Glad to have you on board my current path, I'm looking to knock out a few more concepts before settling on a game to finish out so this game is definitely a candidate.
This is going to be so bad, but is there an option to switch from the large selection screens to the (old) small screens? (I know, no one is happy ): )
I did the 10 gem refresh & did not get the achievement? ): Game is a very nicely done Idle. It feels like we're hitting a next wave of idles that requires us to be active haha..
So after playing up to the badge, I have mentally made this little review. This game doesn't necessarily suck, but it has too much going on, and not enough going for it. I think that you created too much, too many things to do. It drives players away, especially when you sign in on the screen and see these buttons everywhere (though, you did well w the tutorial and teaching what those are about... still unnecessary) Another note: Thank you for allowing us to turn off/turn on the HUD while in dungeons. You wanted to implement a thousand things to help strategy, but none of those actually do. I really think having less going on would improve the game.
