I laughed hysterically at the part which said 'this is where the wolf is meant to move up and down'. Anyway, to make it move up and down, suppose you want to make it move at 5 units per frame, make sure you turn the wolf into a movie clip -> f9 (code snippets) -> onEnterFrame = function(){ _y += 5 }.. well that makes it move down continuously at a rate of 5.. to make it go up again you would want an if statement such as if(_y > 400) or something.. then _y -= 5 to make it go up again. Oh yeah.. this is assuming ActionScript 2.0
Great game! Puzzles had a sufficient degree of difficulty (not being frustratingly hard) and I just love the quirks associated with the beats when the balls collide with objects.. you can tell when you get a puzzle correct by how awesome the beats sound! A suggestion would be to add a level select option and also.. I'm not sure if its just me, but I found level 14 to be trivially easy.. I finished it by using 2/4 of the given reflectors. Btw, good luck with the project eden contest!
Here's a tip for beating level 4.. every chest you open gives you 100 gold, so try to start the level by blocking off the two lanes with 2 minotaur lairs each, while your avatar goes to the either of the bottom corners which contain the goblin lairs, which should be easy to defeat. You might want to place a minotaur lair next to the enemy lairs so that your spawn can take the damage from the goblins and the centaurs above, while you take out the goblin mobs. move onto the defeated enemy lair to destroy it, then dig on the door and claim the chest, you might want to pause the game so that the middle lanes arent being overwhelmed. then with the 100 gold you get from opening the chest, spam more minotaur lairs. The more minotaur lairs you have, the easier the level. Increasing patrol range helps keep mobs in check with destroying your lairs
If only real life schools work like how it does in this game..

If you right click and press play during the first scene (with the season-arium), you will automatically go to the second scene instead of failing and restarting. This only works on the first scene though
