So, we basically engage in the slaughter of these poor defenseless creatures. With an easy-going and relaxing music in the background. Oh so very enjoyable.
The only thing that really ticks me off are the moments (and they happen frequently), where the game will suddenly halt and go super slow, and suddenly the controls fail to work, then I fall and die, and then your sadistic comment appears.
Passenger: oh look, there a bunch of animals in a car.
Driver: Nothing wrong, nothing wrong.
Passenger: Umm... the roads full of cars... and they're on fire..
Driver: Nothing wrong, nothing wrong.
Excellent game. It truely is. Gamemanager, please stand up and take a bow. You deserve it. The game is very original, but as mentioned before, has a tetris-like twist in it. The concept istelf is great, and the music and graphic fit with it spectaculary (BTW, where can I get a copy of the music?). The point is the match up the unique shapes into squares are fast as possible, but you still have to plan ahead and think the whole game through. Still, it is very realxed. Congratz, you have my support, peace out, 5/5.
I find the tutorial rather sad, if you think about it. The room seems to be closed off completely, hence the isolation. The light voice of the ghost and the drawing on the wall suggest the ghost used to be a young child, along with the boyish clothes on the rack. And also, the skeleton that pops out of the chest may very well be the boy's remains. But other than that, the game is great. You are able to control a wide variety of objects, and the level of horror are a nice twist to the game. The music fits the scene, and the graphic are well done and colorful. And purple oranges is right, if you want them to freak out immediatly, swings those lights around a bit. So happy hauntings. 5/5
The game has a good design and layout, very challenging. But there is one thing that constantly pisses me off. The lack of control in the game. There is a lot of lag at times, which screws up the timing needed. Also, the character SLIDES. He moves when i haven't even touched the controls, making it very difficult and very painful to come up with a good strategy. Overall, the game is good, the control are poor. 4/5.
After playing this game for a while, I noticed many bugs and glitches. Probably the one thing that irritated me to most was the controlling and timing. There would be serious lag when moving the character, or none at all. I understand that you had to meet a deadline and such, but at least make sure you can control the character fully. I mean, would YOU want a person that constantly died on you?
Although I have seen my fair shair of cyberspace themed games, Viricide definatly makes the top five list. The basic gameplay is exciting and easy to figure out. The upgrades: fantastic. The game has covered every possible upgrade you would need to complete the game (My Favorite: Magnetism). There are a multitude of different enemies (Favorite? The giant squares.). Although 17 levels SEEMS to be a bit short, it makes up for it in the difficulty of the levels. The final boss is well-thought out. Although it saddens me to break a heart (:D), the boss was hard to defeat, given it is made up of steel-like armor. The whole game has a sad ending to it, which makes me a little depressed (A machine can be more than a machine, ya'know. There are such things as cyborgs.). Overall, a very good game, well deserving of the two badges that it holds. 5/5
Excellent Game. I haven't seen something like this at all, making it very creative. It is well thought-out and simple to understand. However, there are few levels and the bosses are easy to figure out. If i may make a suggestion, make a wider variety of vehicles to control. Along with that, try making some new weapons like a rocket (fires straight but has high damage), a heavy laser (takes time to charge, but will fire a single beam for a period of time), or maybe a triple plasma shot. Take that into consideration. For the time being though, I'll give this game a 4/5. Peace out, suckers.
I've seen a lot of new and creative games before, and this definatly makes the list for the top 10 best creative games. There are two basic concepts within the game; a platform-style where you have to get a key and then get to the door & a puzzle-style, where you have to arrange theparts of the level together. It's well thought out and brilliantly designed. I give it two thumbs up and 5/5.
I certainly enjoyed playing this demo. It appears that the game is well-thought out, but challenging. The simple concept of flipping makes the game look incredibly easy, but once you play, you see that it isn't. Truthfully, i don't think that this game is worth $15, maybe $5 at most. Overall, I'd like to see the full version if possible, but I'll settle for this for now. 4/5
This is a pretty good game with some potential for badges. It is clean and well thought out, but it seems a little on the short side. The random power-ups you could grab made the game just a bit better. All in all, 4/5. Nummy, nummy, in my tummy.
Beautiful Game. It really is a big step-up from the regular Infectors. Adding the extra characters like Micheal Jackson (favorite) and Boomer Santa give the game a great twist. Along with that, the range of place you could infect is greatly increased. As for those who get stuck, just keep trying. It took me a while to start destroying cities. Oh yeah, the top things you want to upgrade are Attack, Lifespan, and Damage Resistance. 5/5
It seems like a very original game at first, but as I continued to play, the more and more it seemed to be a De Blob rip-off. Along with that, some of the physics in the game are a bit slow. The jumping ability could be improved, along with the speed of the character. Overall, I would give this game a 3/5. Sorry.
