Mouse sensitivity isn't the issue. The issue is that the mouse remains in the center of the screen. If you move the mouse up, the character should continue moving up until you put the mouse back in the center. Otherwise, long turns are impossible, and will always require moving the mouse, no matter the sensitivity.

I'm sorry if anyone finds the game boring. It starts out kind of slow but it ends up getting really crazy.
That's one of the control schemes I've been looking into, nice to know other people thought of it too :)
