To the developers: I'd love to support your game with kreds, but I won't if I feel I'm getting ripped off. Please remember, you're selling goods made of 0's and 1's which, once made, can be reproduced indefinitely without any significant cost. So please,don't overcharge us. Give us our money's worth, and I promise you'll get our money. + if you agree.
Also, "A man chooses, a slave obeys" is a quote from a character in Bioshock who was a megalomaniac who believed he had the power of a God. (spoiler: he didn't, and the pursuit to be one destroyed him and everyone who followed him.) This, in my opinion, is the absolute opposite message of the game.
As a Christian, I see this game as a metaphor with Man's living relationship to God in this world. The theme of eternal love, forgiveness and ownership from the voice, and the question of hate from the character all mirror Christian theology. Obedience to the voice brings clarity to the character's understanding of the world, which in turn makes the game (or life) easier to complete. Disobedience leaves the character in a state of ignorance, with chaos growing with each offense. Playing for the first time through shows our true nature in this sense. Who can say they obeyed the game entirely the first time? (we are far too proud to obey a flash game blindly). Which again, echoes the Christian idea that we are rebels to god, in desperate need of forgiveness. Wonderful game that will keep me thinking after I am finished.
CALVARY! not CHIVALRY! Chivalry is used to describe courteous behavior, especially that of men towards women. Where as Calvary is a term to describe soldiers who fight on horseback. So please, fix this, or at least understand the difference. Otherwise, fun game.
i love all the options for smoke, shake, frags, shadows, blood and smooth BUT NO OPTION FOR SOUND! ITS NOT HARD TO PUT IN, JUST A LITTLE MUTE OPTION PLEASE! otherwise, a fun game.
lead pipe is most valuable weapon. run into the middle of a group of guys and they will just stand there like idiots as you bash their brains in with the pipe. pretty weak.
