Does anyone else think it's strange that you only get 4 extra armies per turn for South America, despite it having 8 territories?

In Iceland in the Europe map (the custom game one) there are several errors. "Norovestur", "Noroaustur" and "Suour" are supposed to be "Nordvestur", "Nordaustur" and "Sudur", as the letter ð transliterates to d, not o. This needs to be fixed.
