To get thief you must recruit in the city when you have plenty of gold ( preferably about 30,000+)
To get lancer or spearman (you can only choose one side to fight with) wait for the month of june where they will have tournament
To get cleric you must lose in the 1st or 2nd fight of the city league
To get hunter finish the kong's exclusive event (will appear sometime in the city league)
To get Ranger wait for the notice ( will happen likely when you have respected or honored in the guild golden scales)
To get Enchantress "NEVER LOSE" a fight in the city league , in the end of that league a notice will appear on the map that you have pleased her with your wins
you get the thief at the city , for the lancer or spearman you have to wait for the specific time of the year for their anual tournament then you will choose which side you are on. for the cleric you have to lose on a specific date (mostly start of the game) then he will be waiting at the village. Ranger and Hunter is at the forest tho you must defeat kong's challenge to challenge the Hunter , there's a date when the ranger will leave her guild due to gold problems. For the enchantress you have to win (never been defeated) to make her part of the party . Hope this helped you guys !
