help please, im stuck in a square and every time i try to move, it places me back to the same square. when i try to loot anything in the area it says there are enemies in the area that have spotted me, yet at the bottom their is no way to check what enemies there are or it doesn't let me search at all. the last time i played i had run out of sp completly but defeated the enemies. Is there anyway to fix this without starting over?

i have the most exciting strategy.... i take a car to the left side of the road and each time im about to crash, i switch cars with the one in front of me and are saved. works 90% of the time.
