Got all the wonders (except whatever the ? is) and economy is positive so nothing else to obtain. Looking forward to more game enhancements. One thought: what if the economic choices had more than one path. For example, a path that focused on iron, another that focused on copper. And then the mountains weren't 'any' resource - they only had 1-2 types: Stone, Iron or Copper. Then you would have to plan and adjust a lot more because currently you just build everything and continue in a straight line. But I like the overall concept. Well done.
...an economic summary would be great someday - something where I could see how many of each building was there and what the levels are or something - since I'm sure you don't have much else to do with all the comments from people who talk too much like me :D
Thanks for the fix on save. And like another said thanks for being so responsive to the comments. A small thing I'd ask for as you roll out changes - some things like tools and technology improvement increase types of buildings (extract solid resources, processing buildings) but the buildings themselves don't indicate their type. I think it would be more clear if the building description included "processing" or "extraction" or something so you would be sure which bonus works with which building. Things are improving though and it's keeping me interested :)
Confirmed export/import works as a work-around for saving failing. Method: click Options, click Export, click in the lower box (with all the codes) - on new screen click in that box and then ctl-A, paste that somewhere else like notepad or texpad. To restore, click on options. Click on Import, in new screen click inside little box, paste your stored code, click on OK, ignore null error screen, kingdom should be back. I hope I have that right.
Game is definitely not saving now at all. Even logged out, logged back in, changed some things, took a screen shot, made sure 5 mins at least had gone by, reloaded, nothing had changed - even resources have been reset. Hope this gets fixed soon I was enjoying it.
Oh my! It's worse than that. I would say everything I've done today (some 5 hours worth) is gone. And that was a lot of changes. I think using the save button causes a problem. I will change something, wait to make sure the automatic save takes effect, and then leave and return without using the manual save button and see what happens
There does seem to be problem with "save" next to options. I had just spent $ to expand, built some new buildings, saved, then left and returned to test. Everything was fine based on the automatic save but the one I manually did appeared to get lost
Is this game still in any kind of development or patching? I like it, but things like the Foundry causing iron to be negative with no way to improve iron input is a very weak link. I'd like to see some new things rolled in
Finally found it: to get ranged units build Fletcher and Ranger Guild. Haven't gotten there yet but I assume warrior types will be the Warrior Guild, Blacksmith and Armorer - it appears building *combinations* are the key
