It seems that the typewriter thingy is indeed a quote from Lolita, as mentioned here: http://www.moviequotedb.com/movies/lolita/quote_14010.html Rest is easy, just google, find the wiki page and indeed, the music is made by... (Thanks again Kabboose for the first hints. I like to find the road to the answer myself too :) )
