Looks like someone watched The Walls series, and decided to make a version that was awful in every way, without any atmosphere, depth, or intelligence to it, for the intro. The gameplay itself is average. Better than most of the "latest games" but a lot of people are going to over-rate it, so 1/5.
SickBrain, some of the questions don't match up with the answers.
Quizzes should be kept simple in design, get rid of the blue and red colourings especially, or else do it slick-like.
The questions are fine in general, except for the ones about the comments people leave, which don't work.
Some grievances, not rating it down from the 5 it deserves to be:
1. It gets too confusing later in the game, you can't tell if you're winning or not at all, especially if you have a ton of hydras.
2. The later levels go on too long, I think a faster ramping in difficulty/more cash could be required, one hour then loss hurts badly.
3. The animation for the Hydras attacks is unnecessary and distracting.
"Heros and peons move slow", clearly haven't got past the first level. "You can’t reasign tech tree points" 0 noes! You have to think?! "Flying enemies are next to impossible to defend against because they are tough to kill and they fly over walls" A challenging game? My god! "Your centaurs start at level 1 and don’t level up because they don’t kill anything, which menas they can’t kill flying guys", um, my lvl 13 centaurs beg to differ. "Level 4 is impossible. I have literally played it for 2 hours straight without coming close to beating it" I have completed that level on both easy and hard modes. Find a tactic that works. "The lack of in-game instructions is also a game wrecker...", well no. There are instructions.
Bug/glitch. When you switch manually from equipment with HP bonuses to those without, you retain the HP bonus, something to do with lowering the HP max but not HP I imagine. Could just be a display glitch but here ya go.
thanks ever so, kendric
I have no idea about the blue thing, though. For me it happened when someone stole a gem, bringing me down to 19 gems (I hadn't lost, I misunderstood the rules). I had my wizard avatar selected, and was trying to move back to the base...that's all I can remember, sorry.
