This game is never getting badges... I just walked through the whole thing: 1-1 to 5-3 with at least Silver on all of them... without the benefit of slowdown... WAY too easy....
To all who are having problems with lag in Flash games: STOP RUNNING FIREFOX TO PLAY THEM! Flash works only so-so in FF - they've been trying to fix it for years. IE/Safari are mandatory, IMO.
FYI: GWoP is a REMAKE of a VERY old DOS game by the name of "Nobunaga's Edict" (not to be confused with Nobunaga's Ambition - which sucked). How old? I'm 26 and I remember playing it on a Tandy 1000 in pre-Windows in the early '90s. It was about seven years old by then...
A very, very bad Starcraft "homage" (see: ripoff) that plays like a turd and eats more RAM (it's getting up to 550MB) than my PC copy of Half-Life 2.
This is TERRIBLE.
Way too short. But, wow, I'm really sorry for helping Bloons Tower Defense 4 beat this :(

Indy5000: A year for a flash game? Maybe if you suck at coding... When I was in High School (A DECADE ago) we could crank out BASIC/VB-C++ games on a monthly basis that had good (SVGA) graphics, stories and gameplay.
The only reason to take a year to make a Flash game is if you have trouble with the ActionScript commands - in which case just code them in another language and compile both libraries together. I've always been amazed how rarely people do this. You could also just augment and supplicate the engine inside of another language, convert it into Java and dump it right in Flash - something else that's rather rare to see.
Why don't *I* make games? Because I SUCK at art. :P

This was the first game EVAR on Kongregate. The altered time of upload is because Greg resubmitted the page onto the server and DELETED THIS GAME.
Now you know why this has higher than a 1 - God knows how many people (thanks to 4chan) voted this with a 5 star rating to make it the best game EVAR!11!! on Kongregate.
If you didn't know: This game is basically a shorter (and incredibly dumbed down) version of the oooold CCG Mythos (As in Cthulhu Mythos) it was published by Chaosium, Inc. who also own the Call of Cthulhu P&P RPG. The 60-point badge is a nightmare.
(Yeah - I do own a bunch of Mythos cards. Almost a few sets total with a few hundred extra commons and uncommons. They need 'Fear of Madness' though - 3 taint, opponent can't play Arcane (in the CCG 'Or Effects') during his next turn or he goes insane'.
There's something funny going on with the rating system...
