can we not have it when we collect resources from the resource stuff it dissapers when it is maxed and you collect can you just put the stuff into storage and have leftovers not be collected and disappear keep it in the collectors

i have a tip for the developers sens we cant attack low level people when were high and there are a lot of inactive level 1 people why cant when we when we level up and cant attack a type of base there be a button were it doesn't show them on your map and you can turn on off + so they can see it :D
