I got 220 kills in 3 reloadings and got the Corpse Carnage Quest Quest do what safari399 said to do.

I got laser cannon and other stuff then when i started it i had USP not laser!
I was at 95 kills with 20 health and 40 base health then i lost how is that (pardon my French) @$%*$&%possible!
