@Ultinatos you seem pretty close.
The first two factor shifts with automatic OP gain, then you have to make enough clicks to manual infinity/markup. As Autoclickers do not reset upon infinity your autoclickers should generate enough to let you factor shift again. Repeat until you beat challenge or realise you production is just short of completing the challenge.
So RP are a really important resource early game and your base gain is
Wave Number*0.85 rounded down. This should somehow increase with Wave Number. Maybe 1% or 0.1% per Wave Number or whatever. This would be a good early game incentive to push for higher waves instead of repeating until 50 and rebirthing constantly. I think this would make the early game much more fun and fast.
How about small arrow on the left and the right of the happiness slider? ITs sometimes hard to move the slider exactly one unit would make that slightly more convenient.
In my opinion the stat increase from the passive skills and Bless should somehow be counted seperately because the cost for increasing the skills are rising with the addes stats. Especially this means for high level of bless increasing your stats is more expensive than before and you need to wait until it is expired to efficently distribute stats again.
The first minute of the game is just watching slow moving graphics? Maybe this should be shortened or add an income to your base. Just so SOMETHING happens. Gives a unnecessary boring feel to the game right from the start.

Game showed Error Message: "An exception has occurred, but exception handling has been disabled in this build. If you are the developer of this content, enable exceptions in your project WebGL player settings to be able to catch the exception or see the stack trace." after infusing coins into equipment. Wont load since then, with the same error message.
when the spell menu is open and i go to the achievement tab, the location of the spell panel keeps wandering left. after about 3 times its out of the window and you cant see it anymore. Probably not properly reset the location of the menu. Using Chrome
Gamblers are broken in mid/late game giving potentially bonuses in the x1000 range when having enough dices.

Need something like Achievement system for a slight production boost but more importantly for tracking when more upgrades are unlocked. Fishing in the dark is not very fun.
Well either im doing something wrong or your balancing in the moment is messed up. The last function superexponential is pretty useless for the price it costs. you make 100% of your currency by factorial functions
Needs some UI changes. Many things were already mentioned. I suggest seperate Slider for the Unit Menu on the left and the description on the right. A manual Input for the amount of units purchased. Also I would like to have a button to set all Units to x% operative.
There is a bonus but it starts at higher waves, I do like this idea and will implement it shortly. Thanks.
