@Erister: You need to train Heroic Motivation to at least level two and every time he puts the insta-death debuff on someone, use that skill and it'll get rid of the debuff and they won't die.
@EpicChild: Train Subversion at the bottom left corner of the ability tree and use that once he gets to about 1k health... also probably want to wear the defense armor that you can buy in the shop if he's 1-shotting you.
